Terms and Conditions of Use. 

Pricing: Quotes are generated only by Scavenger. All quotes (on paper / e-mail) are valid for 30 days. The customer approves (by signing) the quote and places an official order with our representative, or sends quote & order - by fax or email - to Scavenger. Signed quote and Official order are accompanied by a proof of 50% payment of the order’s value.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 Hrs from the time the original order was placed (a 10% handling fee applies), otherwise a 50% fee will be charged to cover any costs of goods incurred by time of cancellation.

Scavenger will not be liable of any costs or inconvenience you may occur from late order deliveries, if we do not receive within 48hrs an approval from you

Repeat Orders: In order to make sure we duplicate previous orders, you - the customer must give us all possible references of your previous order (order / invoice number, date, product specs, etc).

Proof of receipt of order: You should receive proof of receipt of order within 24hrs from us. If not, please contact Scavenger and enquire.

Methods of Payment: Bank – electronic transfer are accepted, CBD-cash before delivery is also accepted with a 1% cash handling fee.

We reserve the right to adjust / correct any prices or to substitute listed products. We may change specifications and descriptions without notice. E&O
